Refunds

Each of our art works for sale are original one-off pieces, and as such may have some imperfections.

We have taken care to present the artworks, as true to actual colour as possible, however not all computer monitors are the same colour resolution and do not necessarily display colours the same way.

Indigenous art in particular may have some minor smearing or drops of paint. Please ensure you view the detail of each painting before purchase by hovering over the online image. We understand that buying online is different to purchasing an art work piece that you have been able to view personally.

We recommend before you purchase, to request more photos of the painting and we will happily send them through to your email address.

There will be no refund for a painting that you do not like after you have received it, so please think carefully before purchase.

Return Policy

We are happy to provide our customers with a 7 day return policy for artworks purchased through the website, only if something is wrong with the artwork.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

To be eligible for a return, the artwork needs to be returned to us in its original condition and undamaged with all of the original Certificates and Documentation enclosed.

Please contact us within 7 days to advise us that you are returning the artwork.

The cost of returning the artwork is at the cost and the responsibility of the customer and remains the property of the buyer until the gallery receives it. Upon the safe receipt of the painting, the gallery will inspect the painting and advise of the refund due, less any charges, which is at the Gallery’s discretion.

On Sale Items

Please note, there are no refunds on artworks that were purchased while marked On Sale.  All artworks On Sale are non-refundable, so please choose carefully.

Exchanges

If you have received a painting as a gift but it isn’t quite to your taste, or doesn’t suit your decor, we are happy to provide you with an exchange to the same value.

We are unable to provide part refunds if you exchange for a painting of a lesser value.

Note that you will need to cover the cost of return postage and handling of your work, and freight costs of the new item.

These costs will be deducted from the value of the exchange.
Please contact info@corroboreedreamart.com.au if you would like to exchange your art work, to confirm if an exchange can be arranged. You must contact us prior to shipping your artwork.

Shipping arrangements when returning an item for refund or exchange

When shipping an art work for refund or exchange, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so it is important you are able to track the delivery or have insurance against a loss during transport.
